Buying art is a little different from ordering everyday items online. Each piece is carefully wrapped, protected, and packed by hand to make sure it arrives safely and in perfect condition. We personally prepare every order in the studio, taking the same level of care that was taken while creating the work itself, so each order is a custom process and cost.

 

Processing & Domestic Delivery

• Handling Time: All orders are prepared and processed within 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

• Tracking Updates: You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, followed by a tracking notification once your artwork is on its way.

• Delivery Estimates: Domestic shipments generally arrive within 2-4 weeks after leaving the studio, depending on production times and shipping destinations.

 

International Collectors

We are delighted to share Annie Winch Art's work with collectors all over the world. To ensure your piece arrives safely and efficiently, please note our international process:

• Custom Quotes: International rates vary based on size, weight, and destination. Please contact us before your purchase so we can provide an accurate quote for your location.

• Large Artworks: To maximize protection during long transits, larger pieces may be carefully removed from their stretcher bars and shipped rolled in a secure, heavy-duty protective tube. Usually this is the most suitable method for paper prints. Additionally, as well as being more protective, this method of packing helps to keep shipping costs lower. This may be further discussed with you if you have questions or concerns.

• Duties & Taxes: International orders may incur local customs duties or taxes upon arrival. These fees are determined by your country's customs authority and are solely the responsibility of the buyer.

 

Transit Insurance

Every shipment—both domestic and international—is fully insured against loss or damage during transit. Your investment is completely protected from the moment it leaves the studio until it arrives at your door.
