Murchison Sunset
Murchison Sunset - Original Acrylic on Canvas
My lovely friend Amanda is a geophysicist, and regularly goes on prospecting missions up around the Murchison area. She has since bought herself her own mine, (as you do) and this is one of her photographs of an eveing camping trip, up on Innouendy station.
While I have exagerated the colours, when I was recently flying over that country myself, I realised this is exactly what it looks like, with its rich hues.
